tk8 Terms & Conditions — All Rules Governing Use of the Platform

Odds in Live Betting change continuously. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature). If your connection drops, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.

Match Results & Settlement

• Bets are settled after the official result is announced.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet is cancelled and the amount is refunded.
• DLS rules apply if a cricket match is shortened due to rain.
• In the event of a dispute over results, tk8's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Involvement in match fixing or other illegal activities
• Strategic betting to fulfill bonus terms (bonus abuse)
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Using multiple accounts to participate in the same bet
• Using another person's account
